What's new in Tandem.

Change anyone between customer, lead and contact, add meeting guests as contacts, and pick the Studio plan that matches what you make.

People

• Change anyone between Customer, Lead and Contact from their record, and their meetings move with them.
• New people from a calendar invite are added as Contacts, or as a Lead or Customer if you pick that instead.

Studio

• Clearer plans: Creator covers posts, carousels and animated pictures. Pro adds videos with voiceover, articles, decks and one-pagers, business cards, and brand rules drafted from your own documents.

Help

• A calmer, simpler user guide: start with three steps, search for what you want to do, or browse by topic.

Every company can set its own look, your content plan flows into Studio, and Studio can bring a picture to life.

Your company

• Set your company logo, colours and fonts in Settings, without Studio Pro. Studio Light can change the look too, and can suggest it from your website.

Content

• Open a planned post from your content strategy straight in Studio, or create several posts from the plan in one go.

Studio

• Animate this picture: a gentle zoom and pan for free, or bring the parts of a picture to life for 1 to 2 credits.
• Ask for an animated picture straight from Create, describe the pacing in your own words, and change it afterwards.
• Add your own voiceover and music to an animation.
• Use your own cloned voice for a voiceover, with your own ElevenLabs account.

Actions and help

• A tidier action screen for links and answers.
• The user guide now covers everything new in 1.0.

Actions

• A new Actions page: flag what matters with a priority, drag actions into the order you want, and choose what Today shows you.
• An action can now carry step-by-step details, links to documents, files, and a question you answer Yes, No or in your own words. Claude and ChatGPT can fill these in for you.
• Ticking a reminder in the bell completes the action, and reminders for actions that are already done disappear.

Calendar and meetings

• Forward to Tandem now gives you a personal first-name address. Invites that someone else sends land on your calendar when you are on them.
• The meeting notetaker on Pro joins your call, writes the notes and next steps, and drafts the follow-up email for you to send.
• Calendar tabs for All, Actions, Meetings and Events, with counts. Tick or untick each one in the legend to show or hide it.

Your company

• Draft your company profile from your website, check it, and approve it once. Ask Tandem and Studio both follow it.
• One person can now work in several companies, and Tandem remembers which one you were in.

Content and Ask Tandem

• Content has its own menu, with a Strategy page that Tandem drafts for you.
• Mark anything in your content library as posted, and filter by what is still to go out.
• Talk to Ask Tandem in your own language, and have it read the answer back.

Claude and ChatGPT

• The connector can now complete, change, delete and prioritise your actions.

Studio

• Save to Tandem: send a finished Studio Pro post, with its pictures, caption and date, to your Tandem content library.
• A brand kit for each company: logos, colours, fonts and photo style, which Studio can suggest from your website.
• Studio follows the Tandem company you are working in.
• Pictures never include a made-up logo. Studio leaves space and places your real logo file instead.
