Your Morning 5 is your plan for the day, on the Today screen. Tandem picks up to five conversations from your due actions and follow-ups, overdue promises first. You can set priorities, drag actions into order and arrange the screen the way you work.

Yes, from a spreadsheet. On Essentials you can import once when you sign up; on Pro you can import at any time. You can also add people one by one, by typing or speaking to Ask Tandem, or when they scan your QR card.

Someone scans your QR code and sees your card on their phone. They save your details, send theirs back, and arrive in your Leads with a follow-up due, so a meeting at an event becomes a real next step.

Yes. Add the people you meet on Instagram or LinkedIn as leads, with where they came from, so you always know where each conversation started.

Yes. Add details, up to ten document links and your own files to any action. You can also add a question: the person answers Yes, No or in their own words, and answering completes the action.

Ask Tandem lets you add people, set reminders and draft messages by typing or speaking in plain words, in any language. Nothing is saved until you say so. Essentials includes 50 questions a month; Pro is unlimited, within fair use.

Yes, on Pro. Connect your AI assistant to ask about your day, your leads and your customers, and to create, prioritise, complete, edit or remove actions from the chat. It can add instructions and document links to an action, or ask you a question you answer in Tandem.

On Pro, the notetaker joins your Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, or records a meeting in person. It writes the notes, the agreed points and the next steps, and drafts the follow-up email for you to check and send.

Google Calendar sync is coming soon. Today you can forward any meeting invite to your own Tandem address and it lands on your calendar, add any event to Tandem in a tap, and follow your Tandem calendar on your phone with a calendar feed.

WhatsApp capture is coming soon, and pilot members will hear first. Until then, log a WhatsApp conversation in a few words, or tell Ask Tandem what happened.

Studio already places your logo from your own file on your posts. Your own logo and colours in the Tandem app itself are coming soon on Pro.

Yes. Lead a team of up to 3 people on Essentials, or as many as you like on Pro. Set weekly conversation goals, give new members an onboarding pathway, keep coaching notes and talk in team chat.

Yes. Each business or team gets its own workspace. You can also start another company, with its own people, company profile and Studio brand, and switch between them. Essentials includes one workspace you own, and Pro includes up to five.

In network marketing, each person has their own subscription and their own data, and you work together in a shared team. In a business, the company pays for the team on one bill, per person.

Yes. It is one of the three groups we build for. Tandem helps you follow up with every customer and prospect on the right day, give new members a clear first week, see how the team is doing and share posts that stay within the rules.

A company pack brings your company's products, compensation plan and official guides into Tandem, so everyone in the team works from the same facts. Ask us whether a pack for your company is ready.

No. Studio will not promise income, cures or results, and it keeps product claims to approved sources. When it changes a line, it tells you why and offers a version you can post.

Yes. Your contacts and customers are your data, and you can export all of it at any time, on every plan.

Studio Light comes with every Tandem plan. Describe a post and it drafts the picture and the caption for Instagram in your brand and your voice, with 100 credits a month.

Studio Light makes Instagram posts and captions at standard picture quality, inside Tandem. Studio Pro is the full studio: best picture quality, carousels, slide decks, one-pagers and articles, several accounts and brands, and a brand library with brand rules. Your voice, brand and drafts come with you if you upgrade.

A credit is one small piece of work, such as a caption; a picture uses a few. Editing words by hand is always free, and you see the count before you spend.

Yes. In Content strategy, answer a few questions and the assistant drafts a plan from your company profile: your goal, your themes and a dated calendar of posts. Change anything, approve it, then make each post in Studio Light and mark it as posted.

No. Logos and brand fonts are placed from your own files after the picture is made. They are never generated or sent to the model.

Yes. Studio Pro works on its own or alongside Tandem, from €19 a month, with 30 days of Pro free. See Studio pricing.

Tandem and Studio Pro start with 30 days free. Before it ends you choose a plan: 12 months paid monthly or upfront, or monthly with cancel any time. We remind you 7 days, 3 days and one day before.

Our first 50 members join without a card and use Tandem for real work while we finish payments. Pilot members get a founding discount on their first year. More about the pilot.

Nothing is deleted or locked. You can still read, edit, follow up and export; adding new things over the limit waits until you upgrade.

Yes. Upgrades start straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.

Monthly plans cancel at any time. In the EU you have 14 days to change your mind after you start paying.

Your data is stored in the EU (Ireland), and you can export all of it at any time.

Yes. Tandem keeps an activity log of changes: the last 30 days on Essentials, and the full history with export on Pro.
